Auto Electrician/Refrigeration Engineer, vehicle mechanic
Location: Shipley, West Yorkshire Salary: Good basic + overtime + Bonus Contract: Full Time

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Auto Electrician/ Refrigeration Engineer to join our team based in Shipley, West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be required to work on the electrical and refrigeration side of the business, installing heating and refrigeration systems for our customers. The ideal candidate for this role will have a high level of skills in the mechanical, electrical and refrigeration industries as well as previous experience. Elements of this role are customer-facing so a high level of communication and interpersonal skills are required, and impeccable problem solving skills to identify appropriate solutions for electrical and refrigeration issues.
The main duties of this role include:
• Installing a range of heating and refrigeration systems
• Servicing and repairing a range of heating and refrigeration systems
• Providing a high level of quality customer service and industrial expertise for the client (whether this is mechanical, electrical or refrigeration)
• Working in a team environment as well as under own initiative, requiring excellent time management skills
• Able to occasionally work overtime
• Able to occasionally travel for work
The ideal candidate will:
• Be highly skilled within the areas of mechanical / electrical / refrigeration
• Have previous experience within the mechanical / electrical / refrigeration industries
• Have excellent problem solving skills
• Be self-motivated with high levels of time and self-management skills
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Be IT literate
• Be able to work to deadlines
• Be willing to work additional or flexible hours as required
• Have a full UK Drivers License to be able to work offsite and occasionally travel for work
