As a Take Home & Settle Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring clients have a safe, comfortable return home from hospital. You’ll take clients home, help them settle in, and provide both practical and emotional support. Your responsibilities include handling essential needs like delivering medication and basic food suppies along with follow-up check-ins when required to support their wellbeing.
Key Qualities Needed:
Friendly, calm, and compassionate
Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
Knowledgeable about the Bromley area with a clean UK driving license and access to a fully insured, smoke-free vehicle
YOU MUST HAVE A DRIVING LICENSE AND USE OF YOUR OWN CAR TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.
