Are you ready to take on a vital role in helping us achieve our organisational goals? We’re looking for a Parts Advisor to join our busy Toyota dealership in Bromley. If you’ve got strong product knowledge, a passion for excellent customer service, and experience in an automotive environment as a parts advisor — we want to hear from you!
As a key member of our aftersales team, you'll work closely with technicians, service advisors, and customers to ensure the smooth and efficient supply of parts. With performance-based bonuses and a supportive, professional team around you, this is a great opportunity to take your career up a gear.
As a Parts Advisor, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to retain loyal customers
- Use your strong communication skills to provide a seamless experience
- Maximise upselling opportunities while exceeding customer expectations
- Work collaboratively with your team to ensure technicians and customers always have the right parts at the right time
Your Skills:
- Relevant experience as a parts advisor within an automotive environment is essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Technical knowledge of vehicle parts and systems
- Highly organised with the ability to work well under pressure
- A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
