Summary
Job summary As a Medical Practice Cleaner, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our medical practice. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will help create a welcoming, safe, and comfortable environment for all visitors. Main duties of the job Key Responsibilities: Clean and sanitise patient rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and staff rooms to the highest standards. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the premises. Ensure all medical equipment surfaces and high-touch areas are disinfected regularly. Empty waste bins and dispose of waste according to our medical waste procedures. Ensure proper storage and organisation of cleaning supplies. Report any maintenance or safety issues to management. Follow all infection control protocols to ensure patient and staff safety. Work within the designated cleaning schedule and maintain flexibility when additional cleaning is needed.
