Summary

Platform Property Care need experienced Multi skilled Trades Bricklayers to join our responsive repairs team and help us maintain and improve our homes in Lincolnshire.
You will be a Multi Skill Trades Bricklayer/ Groundsworker, with experience in domestic repairs. As part of our talented team, you will have the experience and skills to lay slabbing and brickwork and install and repair fencing. If you have some experience of drainage too then you really should get in touch!
We want somebody who can:
A team player, you’ll be hard working and keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You’ll be working in people’s homes, so you’ll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication and customer service skills. You’ll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering work right first time.
You’ll be joining a supportive team who will provide lots of opportunities for you to develop your existing skills and experience, so this is an ideal role for someone wanting to continue to build a career in trades.
We want someone who has:
• NVQ L2 Bricklaying
• Experience of working as a Bricklayer in the building trade either as a Bricklayer or as a multi-skilled Bricklayer
• Experience of working for a Social Landlord, housing association or council is essential
• Associated trade skills of basic carpentry, external repairs and groundsworks would also be essential
• Experience of delivering multi-trade work
• Good organisational skills
• Experience of keeping jobs on track
• The drive to ensure works are completed quickly and efficiently
• Full driving Licence is essential as this is a mobile role with van provided
• As you will be working within Customer’s homes this role requires a DBS check.
There is also the opportunity to earn additional from being on the out of hours rota as required.
This mobile role is for a team based covering repairs in Lincolnshire so you will need to live in the county.
