Crynodeb
Looking for pickers to help harvest the year’s daffodil crop from late-December to Easter. Picking flowers is physically demanding job, working outdoors in open fields all day in all weathers, the role involves bending, walking often on uneven ground, manual handling lifting and carrying crates.
Work pattern
Monday-Saturday, Sunday - off, working hours depend on crop and orders, average 8 hours per day, 30-60 min unpaid breaks.
Pay rates: £11.44 per hour with good bonuses for great performance.
Worker will need to work to a good quality standard and speed.
No former experience required as training is provided on site.
Must have proof of Right to Work in the UK.
PPE, Waterproofs and wellingtons are provided but warm clothing and boots are essential.
If necessary, we can provide accommodation in caravans for 4-6 people per caravan with free Wi-Fi, good facilities including free laundry and access to an excellent shop, £63.93/week.
We can provide transport to and from work from certain locations.
On-site support from our agency.
