Summary

  • Location: sites covering from Newcastle to York
  • Contract: Commercial Air Conditioning and Refrigeration across various sites
  • Salary: upto £40,000 per annum

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A highly experienced Refrigeration & Air conditioning engineer, with a minimum NVQ
    Level 2 qualification in Refrigeration & Air conditioning.
  • F-Gas, EN 378 compliant
  • 5 years of experience as a Refrigeration or AC Engineer, preferably in a commercial setting
  • Knowledge of various types of Air conditioning systems associated equipment previously worked with VRV's, Coldrooms, Close Control and Chilled water systems
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving license.

Duties:

  • Effectively diagnose, identify faults and failures with equipment and systems, providing effective solutions
  • Carry out routine planned preventative maintenance.
  • Coordinate and control all documents associated with reactive & planned preventative maintenance works
  • Liaise closely with the client (Domestic & Commercial clients) to maintain excellent stakeholder relationships
