Your new role
Hays is working with a charity in Bristol who are looking for a finance analyst on a temporary basis for 3 months. Pay for the role is £19 per hour + holiday. The organisation is offering hybrid working. Key responsibilities:

  • Analyse financial data and trends to support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Monitor and manage financial performance.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
