Summary
Your new company
A fast-growing company who are leading the charge in their chosen sector.
Your new role
You will support the business and its customers through effective leadership of a multi-temperature Warehouse. Leading and supporting your team (20 and growing), you will ensure day-to-day objectives are met across goods in, replenishment, pick / pack, and goods out. You will also look for opportunities to improve processes to drive KPI performance, enabling the highest levels of customer satisfaction, while also keeping costs under control.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be proven in a similar role and have demonstrable experience in a temperature controlled distribution centre. Food sector experience is particularly of interest, any experience of food hygiene standards is useful (but not essential). Your CV will ideally include examples of the impact you have had on KPIs and costs, for example through projects, process improvements, training and staff development, or similar. Experience of fast moving / high volume throughput sites is particularly useful. This role is a site level leadership position within a highly entrepreneurial business, so the ability to get on a FLT from time to time is an advantage. There is a hands-on mentality within the business, and a passion for getting things done is required. Experience of Lean and other formal Continuous Improvement techniques is useful but not essential.
What you'll get in return
Attractive salary, bonus, and benefits, with significant opportunities for ongoing career progression.
