Crynodeb
We are looking for an Mechanical Supervisor (HVAC Building Services) for a contract based in Rossendale, Lancashire.
The role will involve overseeing Pipefitters, Plumbers & specialist Mechanical / HVAC sub-contractors carrying out the self-delivery and sub-contract Mechanical Building Services Installation work packages on a new build commercial building
Site hours: 43 hours per week, Mon - Fri
Duration: 5 months+ project, with potential of follow on projects in the NW region afterwards.
Pay Rate: £ 30.00/Hr - CIS paid weekly.
The ideal Mechanical Supervisor candidate will have the following:
- C&G / NVQ Pipefitting / plumbing qualifications
- Gold Supervisor Card.
- SSSTS / SMSTS certs or an equivalent 1 day Health & Safety passport Course.
- Previous experience working on new build Education / Healthcare building services projects would be an advantage.
This role is easily commutable from the following areas:
Bury, Bolton, Rochdale, North Manchester, Blackburn, Burnley, Rossendale.
