Are you passionate about making a positive and lasting difference for the people of Hull? Care and support in Hull is transforming and we are looking for exceptional individuals like you to join Business Support within Adult Social Care.
We are seeking to recruit two enthusiastic Service Support Assistants who are committed in providing efficient administrative support to the Adult Social Care workforce, in which these posts will predominantly support.
Experience of working in an office/administration environment with a good understanding of IT based systems, including Microsoft Office is essential. Previous experience of Liquid Logic is desirable.
Daily duties include speaking with customers and providers, both over the telephone and in person, therefore customer service skills are essential. Managing busy team inboxes, meeting daily deadlines and providing minuting support for professional meetings, therefore previous experience of minute taking is desirable. Both posts require knowledge of Data Protection & GDPR due to the nature of the role.
The successful candidates must have a ‘can do’ approach to the role and be committed to delivering an efficient and effective support service.
