Summary
Chartered Building Surveyor needed in Atherstone, £350 per day PAYE £442 per day UMBRELLA - Reference: 5260493
To provide a full range of building surveying functions, including programming and carrying out building condition surveys, creation of a Planned Property Maintenance (PPM) programme for the commercial portfolio.
Prioritising and carrying out maintenance works to the commercial portfolio, preparation of drawings and job specific work schedules and project management for small, large and complex projects.
Creating and providing future maintenance works budgets to finance teams.
To assist with the compilation and analysis of data and information in relation to commercial property standards, business plans and stock investment strategies.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
