Summary
The NHS Health Check Assessors role includes supporting and complying with processes, procedures and assisting in achieving the NHS Health Checks targets, which relate to other services such as weight management, the behaviour change and well-being coaches' goals. You will need to fulfil the Health Check Assessors criteria for internal and external performance management, including weekly reporting. It is important that you make sure data is inputted rigorously and consistently to guarantee that accurate records are kept up to date in compliance with Connect Healthcare's procedures and information compliance. Governance and data protection is essential in relation to patients information. It is essential that data is kept private and secure at all times. This is something you will need to consistently adhere to. You are expected to work within the requirements of the 6 C's: Care Compassion Competence Communication Courage Commitment The role is ideally suited to people with strong communication skills and those who are really passionate about making a difference to peoples lives on a daily basis.It also includes working with vulnerable adults and such the successful candidate will be required to apply for a DBS prior to starting the role PLEASE NOTE: THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL NOT BE ELIGABLE FOR THE NHS PENSION SCHEME BUT WLL BE ELIGABLE FOR NHS NEST PENSION.
