Sales Support Role

VOW Wholesale have an existing new role available for an experienced Internal Sales Admin Support supporting our growing New Reseller and Facilities Supplies Channel. We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and tenacious individual to embark on an exciting career at VOW.

Role Objective:

Responsible for providing exemplary sales and admin support with impeccable accuracy rate on all tasks.

Summary of Role Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and implementing to the wider Sales Teams product category development and gap analysis to help retain and grow account profitability.
  • Management of Customer files and pricing strategy.
  • Have good excel skills and knowledge of managing large amounts of data.
  • Updating target market and tracking performance via appropriate sales tools (CRM).
  • Managing time effectively and efficiently, whilst working towards efficiency improvements.
  • Creating an “ownership mindset” that challenges the status quo (constructively).
  • Maximise sales through Administration tasks (Inputting orders/orders/coding/marketing).
  • Identify and feed in improvements in processes / practices to support VOW and Customer.
  • Work closely and liaise with the sales team on a daily basis, communicating effectively.
  • Provide general admin support to the sales and telesales teams as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
  • Pro-actively support other team members when required and take advice and feedback openly.
  • Proactively participate in achievement of individual team goals/targets.
  • Demonstrate high levels of awareness and understanding of the market and wider Industry.
  • Ensure highest level of customer experience.
  • Exhibit regular interaction with Sales & Service management, Internal and External Sales teams to keep abreast of Customer, Sales & Service trends / changes.
  • Build and maintain strong inter-departmental relationships and display a good understanding of commercial and operational policies, processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel.
