We are seeking a skilled Workday Solution Architect for a future role that will involve leading the design and implementation of comprehensive Workday solutions across HCM, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Financials. Responsibilities include architecting integrations using Workday Studio, implementing Prism Analytics and BIRT Reporting, ensuring data governance and security compliance, and managing Workday Tenant environments. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of Workday solutions across functional areas, including Workday HCM, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Financials (AP, AR).
Oversee the design and implementation of Workday Studio Integrations for seamless system integration and automation with third-party applications.
Utilize Workday Calculated Fields to build complex logic and custom reports within Workday HCM, ensuring that business needs are met.
Design and implement Workday Prism Analytics to provide business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization capabilities.
Provide guidance and expertise on Workday API for data integration and external system communication.
Lead the creation of Workday BIRT Reporting and Studio Report Designs for custom reporting solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements.
Ensure Workday Tenant Management best practices are followed to maintain a stable, efficient, and compliant Workday environment.
Conduct Workday Security Audits and Compliance to ensure system security, data privacy, and regulatory adherence.
Oversee Workday Data Governance and Master Data Management to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in data across the Workday environment.
Utilize PICOF (Partner Integration Certification and Operations Framework) for successful integrations and ensuring compliance with Workday standards.
Work with business stakeholders to create Workday Functional Designs for key HCM processes, including Recruiting, Talent, and Payroll.
Guide the implementation and support of Workday Cloud and On-Premise Integrations, ensuring smooth data flow between Workday and other systems.
Lead the testing efforts, working with teams to implement automated testing using tools such as Appium and Tricentis Tosca.
Act as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM and integration solutions, providing advice on best practices and solving complex problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Finance, to ensure alignment between business needs and Workday solutions.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers, ensuring the highest standards of solution design and implementation.
Stay up to date with Workday product updates and new functionalities to provide innovative solutions to business challenges.
Required skills and experience:
Extensive experience as a Workday Solution Architect with a strong background in Workday HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Financials (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable).
Proven expertise in Workday Studio Integration and building complex integrations for third-party systems.
In-depth knowledge of Workday Calculated Fields Design, Workday BIRT Reporting, and Workday Studio Report Designs.
Strong understanding of Workday Prism Analytics for building business intelligence reports and dashboards.
Experience with Workday API for integration and data synchronization with external systems.
Deep expertise in Workday Security Audits and Compliance, ensuring adherence to data privacy and regulatory standards.
Solid experience in Workday Tenant Management, including managing Workday environments and overseeing deployments.
Strong experience with Workday Data Governance and Master Data Management to maintain accurate and consistent data across the system.
