We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Services Information Guide (Contact Centre) for our Admin & Clerical team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering outstanding customer service and support to our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. As a Customer Services Information Guide, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will provide vital information, resolve issues, and facilitate seamless communication between customers and various departments. Your contribution will be central to enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring the smooth operation of our contact centre. This position is suited for individuals with a knack for organization and multitasking. You will handle a range of administrative duties while also interacting with clients and partners. You will need to adapt quickly to the dynamic environment of a contact centre, supporting your colleagues and providing them with the information they need to serve our customers effectively. Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
Document and track customer interactions using our CRM system.
Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Perform administrative tasks as required, including data entry and filing.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
