This part-time position (0.8 FTE) is available for a 6-month term to cover maternity.

Responsibilities of our HR Administrator
The Human Resources department is a dynamic and flexible team dedicated to resolving staff-related issues. Our mission is to

Working in HR is a privileged position, enabling you to make a tangible impact on both individuals and the company as a whole,

You will be responsible for
* Providing administrative Support to the HR Team.
* Responsible for ensuring that all queries submitted to the HR and Recruitment email inboxes are responded to within agreed
timescales.
* Preparing a variety of HR documents.
* To help ensure that all applicants are sent acknowledgement, interview invites and rejection letters during their recruitment
journey.
* To support the HR Team in ensuring that the Cascade HR system is up to date so that accurate data can be provided to the
business on areas such as staff turnover, absence etc.
* Responsible for ensuring that employee files are kept up to date and relevant (both in paper and electronic versions)
* All general administrative tasks as requested by the HR team.
Key skills of a successful candidate
* Previous experience of working within an administrative role
* Good IT Skills (particularly MS Office, email, Word and preferably Excel, PowerPoint)
* Organisational skills and detail-oriented mentality
* Team player with flexible 'can do' attitude.
* Maintain high levels of professionalism and discretion.
