Summary
As a UKStratCom Security Investigator you will deliver the response to and, investigation of security breaches, taking an investigative role for assigned cases.
The role of the investigator will include contributing to the development of a counter-security breach strategy; analysis/ lessons learned; internal and external reporting; and response and coordination across Strategic Command.
UK (and possibly overseas) Travel and a high level of flexibility will be required to support the outputs of the team.
The position is based at Northwood and attracts the relevant recruitment and retention allowance. Hybrid and Flexible Working are available but time in the office is required. This will generally be a 60-40 split with 3 days in the office and 2 days per week WFH. Wherever travel is required flexibility can be applied.
