The Leadership Team of Holy Trinity C of E Primary are looking to appoint a Family Support Worker at Holy Trinity Primary.

The successful candidate will:

Provide support, advice and information to the parents and families within our school community
Support to improve school attendance
Support with completing forms/applications (Reception)
Support with the termly coffee mornings
Demonstrate high levels of initiative
Be passionate and committed to supporting the school vision and values
Be committed to our children, parents and community in ensuring the very best outcomes
