HMS are seeking a Quality Assurance Technical Inspector to join our dynamic Construction team.



This is a vital role where you will ensure compliance with site plans, specifications, safety regulations, and industry best
practices.



Responsibilities:

* Conduct on-site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to contract specifications, safety standards, and quality.
* Oversee construction quality, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.
* Collaborate with stakeholders for customer-focused service and monitor contractor performance.
* Prepare inspection reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans.
* Promote best practices, value-for-money solutions, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Stay updated on industry standards and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.



Skills & Experience:

* Experience of carrying out construction site inspections.
* Experience in writing operational reports.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and specifications.
* Full UK or EU driving license.
