Job Description:
As Health Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalised care to our clients. You will support individuals with a range of needs, including personal care, medication management, meal preparation, companionship, and light housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administering medications as prescribed by medical professionals
- Preparing nutritious meals in accordance with dietary requirements
- Engaging clients in stimulating activities and social interactions
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Accompanying clients to appointments and social outings
- Maintaining a clean and organised living environment
- Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Documenting client care activities and observations accurately

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field preferred
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a compassionate and patient nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UK driver's license (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to live-in with clients on a rotational basis (e.g., 2 weeks on, 1 week off)
-We will seek satisfactory references and carry out DBS checks to ensure that you can work with the clients we support
