We are seeking an experienced and skilled Roofer with expertise in slate roofing to tackle a large project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in roofing and the ability to handle slate roofing projects with precision and professionalism. We engage roofers on a project-by-project basis, offering fixed pricing for each individual job. With multiple roofing projects currently in the pipeline, we are ideally seeking a professional who is interested in taking on additional assignments as they become available.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain slate roofing systems to a high standard.
Conduct roof inspections to assess and recommend appropriate solutions.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
Provide your own tools and transportation to the job site in Falkirk.
Requirements:
Essential: Public liability insurance (must be active and valid).
Essential: Proven experience as a roofer specialising in slate roofs (this is not a labourer position).
Proficiency in using roofing tools and materials related to slate work.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results.
Physical fitness and ability to work at heights in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
