Job Opportunity: Senior Scheduler - Oldbury

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join a dynamic team in Oldbury. If you have experience in scheduling, customer service, and the maintenance industry, we'd love to hear from you!

Salary: £32,000 per annum

The Role:
As a Senior Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day scheduling and administration of both reactive and planned repair services. You'll ensure that customer service targets and performance standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee resource planning to maximise efficiency
  • Analyse and improve weekly KPI performance and address any service failures
  • Conduct audits and address any issues with the team
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and clients

Key Requirements:

  • Previous Scheduling experience
  • Experience in property maitenance.
  • People management experience
