Up to £45,000 DOE
Brightwork are delighted to be working with one of our key clients, a well-known Accountancy firm based in Glasgow as they further expand their well established, and highly regarded business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join a well-established firm where they will have full responsibility of managing a portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation of accounts for limited companies and sole traders.
• Prepare and submit monthly corporation tax calculations.
• Review and analyse portfolio of financial records
• Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting
• Preparation of VAT returns on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Ad hoc duties around share restructure.
Key Requirements:
• Qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or QBE – 10 years +).
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in management and statutory accounts and IFRS regulations
• Highly proficient in Excel and knowledge of Iris, QuickBooks or Xero.
