Summary

We are currently recruiting for an ETL & Reporting Lead for our HE Client in West London. This is a 12 Month Fixed-term contract to cover for someone on Maternity Leave.

Salary: £49k
Annual Leave: 30 Days +Bank Holidays
Location: West London
Hybrid Working: 1 day a fortnight working in the office
Pension: USS Pension

Duties Include:

- Delivery of a new Data Warehouse and ETL solution.
- Support operational reporting for the Ellucian Banner Student Records System.
- Work with third-party suppliers and internal teams to implement technical changes.
- Collect, analyse, and translate data requirements into robust solutions.
- Ensure alignment with data integration, ETL processes, and reporting standards.
- Manage the reporting platform for daily university operations.
- Support key academic events like Confirmation & Clearing and results processing.

Skills/Experience Required:

- Experience of supporting a DWH and ETL load process in a complex environment

- Experience of supplier management in the implementation and/or support of a DWH solution

- Experience of development of Azure ETL using Synapse / Data Factory or similar technology

- Experience working with varying data sources including ODBC, REST APIs, Web Services and formats including XML and JSON.

- Minimum 3 years' experience working with SQL query languages.
