Summary
Your new role
The HR Data Analyst will support the delivery and development of our clients' HR Analytics strategy to provide insight which actively supports our Business & HR priorities. Operating as a subject-matter expert, the analyst will support their HR colleagues and stakeholders across the business to deliver HR Analytic initiatives which help inform and enable data-driven decision-making.
The role will focus on three key areas:
1) HR Reporting: Working in partnership with the Systems team to ensure the data integrity is high and Power BI dashboards and Business Objects reports accurately reflect the business
2) HR Analytics: Developing and providing insight which supports the business and focusses on becoming more digitally enabled.
3) Value-added automation: Working with the wider function to identify, develop and deliver automation to drive improved employee experience, efficiency, and accuracy.
What you'll need to succeed
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and Power BI
- Previous experience working with HR Analytics tools (Business Objects preferable)
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem abilities
- Experience of analysing large amounts of complex data
- Ability to prioritise work, to meet critical deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
- High attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Experience of working within a team or project environment
- Experience with Power Automate and SQL is beneficial
