Summary

Permanent – Full Time – 39 hours per week

We are currently looking to recruit a highly organised Customer Service Coordinator to join and support our team in Cardiff, liaising with purchasers/clients or our newly built homes for planned maintenance and on occasion, reactive maintenance.

This is a fantastic role for anyone who is keen to progress within the housing industry!

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll manage and deliver the administration process relevant to post contract/handover services to purchasers for the completion of defects and release of retentions as appropriate.

We'd like our Customer Service Coordinator to have a strong customer focus and ideally experienced in liaising with homeowners and contractors. With exceptional written and verbal communication skills, you'll have excellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail. You'll be highly motivated, have strong problem-solving skills and be fully competent in Microsoft Office. Experience within the housing industry is preferred but by no means essential!
