Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced South Indian restaurant. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of prior experience in restaurant or hotel management and a passion for providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for managing the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards in both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead and manage a team of servers, cooks, and other staff members.
Train, motivate, and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety are met.
Manage restaurant schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
Assist with managing budgets and controlling costs to meet financial goals.
Implement marketing strategies and promotions to drive business growth.
