Role: Customer Support / General administration & Dispatch / Warehouse duties Location: Bridgend Hours: Full-time – 40 hrs/week
Key Responsibilities:
· General administrative / Customer Support
· Manage and update social media accounts
· Take customer orders and respond promptly to inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and web channels
· Communicate with customers over the phone, providing excellent customer service
· Work efficiently as part of a small, close-knit team
· Pack and dispatch customer orders with accuracy
· Prepare kits for dispatch, ensuring product details are updated in the system before shipping
Desired Skills & Experience:
· Computer literacy and experience with basic office software
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
· Interest in cars or basic knowledge of the 12-volt industry (ideal but not essential)
· Strong attention to detail
· Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude
· Ability to retain tech information.
· Previous experience in customer service and administration
