Summary
Working collaboratively with the wider HART management team, the principal role of the Operations Manager HART is the 24/7 operational leadership of the duty HART capability. Additionally, the Operations Manager HART will be responsible for managing a team of 5 HART Operatives. Maintaining full HART training and skill sets, the post-holder will work to their respective scope of practice. They will also need to be able to operate at band 6 level Paramedic when required in support of wider Operations, including responding to calls. Operational management will be spent supporting the Locality Manager in ensuring the continuous provision of a safe and effective service.
