As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing shifts ensuring excellent standards of care delivery

A Level 4/5 Diploma in Health and Social Care is desirable; however, a Level 3 is essential as is a willingness to learn and an appropriate range of literacy, numeracy, and IT skills. You will have excellent Leadership and communication skills, a passion for people and the ability to prioritise workloads in a busy environment. We are committed to ensuring all staff recognise that safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and that there are processes in place to safeguard individuals who access services in their areas. We work closely with local partners and are responsible for ensuring that effective systems are in place to safeguard adults and children at risk.
