Known for their innovation and personal service, they’re now looking for an Accounts Assistant to play a key role in the day-to-day finance function.

What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?

Day-to-day bookkeeping using Microsoft Business Central


Bank reconciliations and managing both accounts payable and receivable


Monitoring and chasing overdue payments to minimise debt


Producing aged debtor reports and credit analysis


Supporting VAT returns and month-end procedures


Assisting with audit preparation and year-end accounts


Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:

Ideally 2-3 years’ experience in finance with a solid understanding of debits and credits


Confident in using accounting software (Business Central experience a bonus)


Excellent communication and organisational skills


Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently


Experience in SMEs or multi-entity environments is advantageous
