Description
The Enforcement Support Officer is a pivotal role within our organization, dedicated to upholding and enforcing regulatory compliance across our operations. As our Enforcement Support Officer, you will actively contribute to the enforcement of laws and regulations, ensuring that all departmental policies are adhered to with strict compliance. Your primary duty will involve supporting enforcement activities by providing administrative and investigative assistance to senior enforcement officers. This includes maintaining accurate records, coordinating inspection schedules, and preparing detailed reports on findings and activities. You will also engage with various stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies, to facilitate seamless communication and information sharing. Furthermore, you will play a significant role in analyzing compliance data and trends which will be invaluable in shaping future enforcement strategies. Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and execution of enforcement activities and inspections.
Maintain accurate and organized records of enforcement actions and reports.
Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders to facilitate inspections and investigations.
Analyze compliance data and assist in identifying trends or potential areas of concern.
Assist senior officers in developing policy updates and enforcement strategies.
Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings from inspections and investigations.
Provide administrative support by scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using database management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Prior experience in enforcement, compliance, or regulatory roles is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 11:00
End Time: 19:00
Pay Per Hour: £21.45
