Summary
Deputy Nurse Manager
Falkirk
£23.50- £24.50p/h per annum
40 hours per week- 11 hours supernumerary
Purosearch are looking for a fantastic Nursing Home Deputy Manager to join a leading provider at their 5 rated home in the Falkirk area, offering a competitive salary of over £50,000 per annum.
• Join a well-established care home operated by a leading care provider with a fantastic reputation
• Work in a medium-sized, purpose-built nursing home with an excellent reputation in the local community
• Enjoy a fantastic location just off the M9, easily commutable
• Be responsible for staff management, care plans, reviews, and meetings
• Undertake assessments of other staff and review care packages
• Build and maintain rapport with staff, residents, their families, and all external bodies

Skills/ Qualifications of the Deputy Nurse Manager
• RGN/RMN/RNLD with active PIN
• Proven track record of successful leadership
• Sound knowledge of CI & NMC
• Dynamic & Enthusiastic , a great communicator
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
