Are you looking for a rewarding, full-time role with variety and purpose? Become a Lettings Assistant at NCHA and help people find their next home while covering maternity leave!



This temporary position offers you the chance to support our Lettings Team in delivering our vision of More Homes, Great Services, and Better Lives. You’ll work with Your Home your Lettings Team colleagues to allocate NCHA properties, ensuring efficient processes, sustainable communities, and exceptional customer service.

Who We’re Looking For

Experience in a customer-focused role, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Well-organised, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in IT, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, and keen to learn property advertising platforms.
A positive, enthusiastic attitude towards learning lettings processes.


Key Responsibilities

Advertise void properties and minimise re-let times.
Respond to customer enquiries and support tenancy terminations, allocations, and lettings processes.
Maintain accurate records and produce reports as needed to support the team.
Collaborate with your Lettings Team colleagues to meet KPIs and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Working Hours

This is a 35-hour week position covering 9am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch. We have an agile working policy, working at least 3 days per week in our Clifton based offices. This post is a Maternity Cover, fixed term until the end of January 2026.
