We're looking for someone to help drive the success of innovative platforms and services, working with a leading organisation that values creativity and collaboration.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Become a subject matter expert on the organisation’s products and services.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create and deliver compelling marketing strategies that drive user engagement and brand awareness.
- Work with internal marketing teams and digital agencies on campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, and social media to enhance visibility and user adoption.
- Partner with the innovations team to highlight new platform features and improvements, keeping current users engaged and attracting new audiences.
- Ensure maximum visibility for key products at regional and national events by collaborating with the events team.
- Conduct competitor analysis and leverage research to improve the value proposition and stay ahead of market trends.
- Write and produce engaging content for email, social media, and website platforms.
- Use marketing automation tools to optimise user journeys, enhance conversion rates, and boost revenue.
- Work with designers to create compelling marketing materials and maintain website content to ensure messaging remains fresh and impactful.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, sharing insights and best practices with the team.

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous product marketing experience is a plus but not essential.
- A strong understanding of core marketing competencies and practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience across email, social media, and paid media campaigns.
- Confidence with marketing automation tools (desirable but not required).
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
- A team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
