Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with environmental health regulations.
Investigate complaints and potential hazards related to environmental health issues.
Prepare and submit detailed reports of inspections, findings, and recommendations to relevant authorities.
Develop and implement public health campaigns to educate the community on environmental health risks and safety measures.
Collaborate with local government agencies, organizations, and stakeholders to promote environmental health initiatives.
Monitor and analyze data related to environmental health trends and incidents within the community.
Assist in the development and revision of local environmental health policies and procedures to enhance public safety.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in environmental health, safety, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of environmental health regulations and legislation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in data analysis and report writing.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with the community and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
