Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant - South West London
We are proud to partner with primary schools across South West London, seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This full-time role involves working with children aged 3-5 in the Early Years department.

- Working with small groups or 1:1 sessions.
- Supporting the entire class alongside the class teacher.
- Tailoring assistance to meet individual learning needs.
- Has experience working with children or young people in roles such as youth work, mentoring, tutoring, childcare, volunteering, or nursery work (all considered).
- Is positive, friendly, confident, and flexible in their approach.
- Possesses strong skills in maths and English.
- Has knowledge or understanding of the Early Years curriculum (desirable but not essential).
- Demonstrates a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children's growth and development.
- Can commit to full-time hours during term time (Monday-Friday, 8:15am-3:30pm).
- Hands-on experience in a school setting to enhance your CV.
