Summary

A typical day in this role includes:
• Analyse customer behaviour and deliver actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders
• Evaluate holistic customer journeys across various channels, including offline, app, email, push and web and provide suggestions for optimisations
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, internal and external, by partnering with them to understand their goals and help achieve them
• Combine internal customer behaviour and transaction data with research data to help inform strategic decisions
• Maintain and improve existing reports and produce new reports as required
• Work with campaigns teams to support effective targeting and personalisation for customer communications including assessing performance vs control groups and run AB Tests
• Formulate hypotheses on customer behaviour and then prove or disprove them

What you'll need:
• 2 years experience of using SQL
• Providing actionable insight
• Customer & Voice of Customer analytics
• Effective time management and prioritisation skills
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• GA4 & web/app analytics knowledge
