Summary

Contract Type: Fixed Term for 23 months.

Working Hours: 37 Full Time.

Worker Type: Hybrid Worker (minimum of 1 day in office following satisfactory induction and probation dependent on service needs)

Salary: Starting Salary is £25,992 (Level one) rising to £26,409 (Level two) per annum (pro rata for part-time)

About the Role

This role will help support the Selective Licensing team by ensuring the efficient and effective administration of the licensing process. You will ensure licence applications are received, processed and ready for further decision making and issuing of documents to licence holders, ensuring compliance with legal processes.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • The Ability to enter accurate data into a computer and to follow procedures to generate documents.
  • The ability to work with a varying and busy workload and switch between tasks as and when required.
  • Knowledge and ability to use IT systems including a variety of software packages in order to word-process documents, maintain databases, update, cleanse information and create reports.
  • Experience in providing a service with a customer orientation involving taking telephone enquiries, message taking and personal contact with customers.
