Summary

Are you an experienced and detail-oriented financial services administrator? Join a dynamic financial planning team where your skills will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update back-office client records with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle information requests and manage correspondence with clients and providers.
  • Package and submit life, investment, and pension applications to providers.
  • Record and track new business applications through to completion.
  • Manage the annual review diary to ensure timely client follow-ups.
  • Assist with quarterly investment rebalances to keep client portfolios optimized.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a financial advice administration role.
  • Strong understanding of back-office systems, ideally IRESS XPLAN.
  • Financial services qualifications or progress toward Diploma Level 4 (preferred).
  • GCSE grades A-C/1-3 in Mathematics and English.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and providers.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
