The role is a new role, due to growth. It will suit a person who is creative, analytical, and an independent thinker. You will need to either have a keen interest in healthcare, or have a healthcare / medical related background. You will also want to have a job that has an element of sales to it too and appreciate that marketing has a strong link to sales. there is a good mix of both strategic and tactical responsibility.
