There is an opportunity for a US Market Medical Information Director to join their Medical Customer Engagement, Medical Capabilities team on a 12-month rolling contract.

Your new role
As a highly motivated individual, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational oversight of and execution of Contact Centre (both Medical Information and Customer Information) Strategy.

You will provide direction as it relates to systems, processes, standards and services, including managing the relationship with the Contact Centre Partners, covering US Medical Information and Customer Information Centre and Global Escalations and Variant Content.

Develop and execute strategy for US customer engagementProvide strategic and operational oversight of and execution of Contact Centre (both Medical Information and Customer Information) Strategy.

Support the delivery of medical information to HCPs and patients to meet market and regulatory needs

Monitor performance of team against agreed procedures and quality metrics

What you'll need to succeed
Be a pharmacist or life science graduate

Strong experience in Medical Information, Contact Centre, or related field

Leadership skills; Prior Experience managing a diverse team

Excellence in communication

Strong innovation, decision-making and problem-solving skills
