Registered Veterinary Nurse- Cambridge

Purovets are working with an established practice in the heart of Cambridge. They have a real community focus and an established team including 2 FTE Vets, 3 nurses and a dedicated client care team.
The practice benefits from being an air conditioned, purpose built and well-equipped primary care practice. Facilities include, dental x-ray, digital radiography, ultrasound, multi-parameter monitoring, three consult rooms and one theatre. We are proud to have silver cat friendly status, offering a separate waiting area for cats. On-site parking is available for both staff and clients.
Patient care is a real focus at the branch, the team have great flexibility to adapt each day around the needs to each patient and the team share a close bond with clients. They encourage developing each individual team members specific interests, with some of the existing team having interests in behaviour, weight clinics, dentistry and nurse consults which are actively encouraged.

A nursing role includes a wide breadth of nursing duties, incorporating the management of complex medical and surgical patients, provision of perioperative care, assisting with the provision of anaesthesia and schedule III procedures, as well as supporting the patient journey from admission to discharge.
The Role:
• 42 hours per week Monday-Friday
• Only 1:3 Saturday mornings 8am - 12:30pm
