Falkirk Council is leading on a number of ambitious and nationally significant investment programmes through its Investment, Assets and Climate Division. The Division leads on programmes including the Falkirk and Grangemouth Growth Deal, Forth Green Freeport, Tax Increment Finance, Corporate Property Modernisation and Learning Estate Development. As part of the property modernisation agenda and the establishment of the Property Corporate Landlord a new post of Property Compliance Manager has been created.
Reporting direct to the Head of Service we are now seeking an experienced manager to lead on the Councils property compliance activities including Asbestos, Legionella and Fire Safety requirements amongst others. The post will be responsible for leading the recently established Property Compliance Team and developing its important role Corporately. The role is expected to work collaboratively with services, relevant external agencies, and key stakeholders to ensure the Councils property assets are statutorily compliant.
