08:00 - 18:00
16:00 - 01:00
• Sunday - Thursday:
Sunday 06:00 - 16:00
Monday - Thursday 11:00 - 20:00
We are Hiring!
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Food Production Operative. This is an opportunity to join a team engaged in food processing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Working on the production line, preparing raw meat products.
• Adding ingredients, packing, and labelling products.
• De-boxing various meat onto tables.
• De-bagging meat and placing them into trays.
• Lifting boxes from pallets to the de-boxing area (up to 20kg).
• Disposing of empty boxes and bags into rubbish skips.
• Collecting clean trays from the tray wash area.
• Handling heavy lifting tasks as required.
• Rotating tasks with the team to ensure efficient operation.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Collaborating effectively in a team environment.
Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in the food industry, especially with raw meat (pork, beef, poultry), is preferred.
• Comfortable working in cold conditions for approximately 9 hours daily.
• Physically fit to handle lifting up to 20kg.
• Flexible with working hours, as shifts may vary depending on the department.
• Teamwork-oriented with a strong work ethic.
