Early, lates and sleep ins plus weekends so need to work flexibly

Sleep in rate - £55 per sleep in

Must be a car driver - Mileage Paid at 42p per mile

Key Responsibilities of the Support Worker role

• Provide person-centered support to individuals in their homes and community.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and household tasks as needed.

• Support individuals to achieve personal goals and maintain a high quality of life.
• Maintain clear records and communicate effectively with the care team.

Requirements for the Support Worker role

• Must be a car driver with access to a reliable vehicle.
• Prior experience in a care or support role is preferred but not essential.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
• Good communication skills and a positive, encouraging attitude.
