Summary
This is an exciting, new role with responsibility for leading the operational, day to day delivery of the Trust’s co-production and partnership strategy. Working closely with the Head of Co-production, Involvement and Partnerships the Co-production and Partnerships Development Manager will lead the continued development of an organisation-wide approach to ensuring robust and meaningful involvement of service users, patients and carers in all of the Trust’s work.
The successful candidate will be passionate about working with patients, carers and the diverse West London Communities that the Trust serves to ensure equitable, compassionate care for all. They will champion the value and importance of co-production and patient and carer involvement, ensuring that patient and carer voice is heard and amplified at every level of the organisation. This is a wide ranging role, further developing the Trust’s partnership work with patients and carers, building capacity building around co-production through training, advice, support, and learning, and developing the way we work with partners across the North West London Integrated Care System.
Work with people with lived experience of using mental and physical health services.
Lead co-production, involvement and engagement initiatives, Trust-wide.
Lead and facilitate patient, service-user, carer and community listening spaces and develop the range of opportunities for patients, services users and carers to get involved in the Trust’s work.
Build co-production and involvement capacity of the organisation through development of training, advice and support, and learning
Deep commitment to reducing health inequalities and have successful ways of ensuring those who face barriers to accessing services and support are able to have their voices heard.
Excellent partnership working skills and experience at leading the development and delivery of strategies that support systematic ways of working well with patients, carers, community and other partners.
Develop and lead the Trust’s work with carers, ensuring the Trust is implementing the Triangle of Care, working with carers and staff Trust-wide.
