Main Purpose of the Job
Reporting to our Head of Public Sector, the full time, permanent role incorporates the day-to-day and strategic relationship between Day's Fleet and our public sector clients.
The Public Sector Account Manager will be part of our Sales team contributing to the management of our relationship of approximately 200 clients and their fleet, managing an ongoing order bank of approximately 500 vehicles.
They must be highly motivated to achieve sales targets and customer service targets, be organised and have excellent attention to detail and thrive in a team environment.

Field Based and attend Head Office in Swansea, SA4 4LL as and when required.
Main Duties
- Working with the Public Sector team to account manage our Public Sector client base
- Being a point of contact for suppliers and customers during the quotation, order, delivery and implementation process
- Producing vehicle quotations
- Conducting regular reviews with clients - face to face and digitally
- Communicating with fleet managers, drivers and suppliers
- Administration and reporting
Required Aptitude, Skills and Abilities
- Proficient Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail
- Motivated in achieving high levels of customer service and delivery targets
- Strong communicator with confident presentation skills excellent audio and video call manner and written skills
- Flexible, helpful, approachable, adaptable, reliable - this role will liaise with all other teams within Day's Fleet
- Confident in contributing to regular internal and external Teams meetings
- Highly organised with ability to multitask
- A knowledge and interest in vehicles and public sector vehicle leasing and frameworks is desirable but not essential
