Location: Southend
Rate: £13-15/hour
Hours: Full Time (37 hours/week, 7-day rotating shifts)
Contract: TemporaryJoin us to support individuals in achieving stability and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming, supportive environment for residents in supported accommodation.
- Manage caseloads, conduct assessments, and create tailored support plans.
- Build positive relationships and promote resident well-being.
- Ensure health & safety compliance within our properties.
- Support residents to maintain their housing and prepare for independent living.
